About The Role

  • Proactively own and manage a portfolio of accounts and become their trusted advisor and influencer
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of selling leads and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI
  • Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.)
  • Be an expert in an experienced team, with a deep understanding of our capabilities and value
  • Consult with customers on their internal processes and challenge leaders to drive change across their organisation
  • Create and implement internal promotion programs within customer organisations to generate awareness and deals
  • Partner with other account managers around the globe to ensure successful account management and keeping up to date with latest trends

Your Experience & Skills

  • Superb written and verbal English communication skills
  • Own the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities, to building the relationships with key clients to negotiation
  • Prior experience in Digital Marketing/Account Manager - benefit
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executives
